TERMS AND CONDTITIONS

Payment:


Our payment terms are not negotiable. Payment, including shipping and handling, must be received before we will ship any items. Acceptable payment methods are: Cash, wire transfer, check, money orders, and Mastercard or Visa.

If paying by wire transfer, please call us for bank and routing information.

All checks, including Cashier's Checks, Certified Checks, and Money Orders will be held a minimum of three days until funds clear. No exception, please don't ask.

We have limit of $2,000 on each credit card transaction. If paying by Credit Card, we will only ship to a verified address on the credit card account. If paying us directly by credit card, you will have to fill out a credit card authorization form. You will need to return the form to us before we can ship the item. Buyer must call (816) 861-4200 when purchasing item to pay by credit card. If the buyer does not call, payment by credit card will not be accepted. If we are shipping this item to a location in Missouri, we will have to collect sales tax of 7.725%. If you are tax exempt, you will need to fax a copy of your State of Missouri Excemption Certificate to us at (816) 861-4205 (this only applies to shipments going to Missouri).

NO C.O.D.'s. Sorry, don't even ask. We have been the victim of fraudulent money orders and cashiers checks, and just can't take the chances any more.

Returns:


We do not refund any shipping or handling costs. Any returns must be in the same packaging, and condition as it was sent. When we handle returns, DOA "Dead on Arrival" or defective items (If Warranted) will be replaced with the same or similar product, if available. If a suitable replacement is not available, the purchase price only, will be refunded. We do not accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must have an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Any refunds provided will be by check, unless a credit card was used for purchase, then the refund will be credited to the same card only. If you receive an item that we have guaranteed against DOA, and it is Dead On Arrival, please notify us immediately. We will then instruct you on how to return the item for an exchange or refund. We will not accept any returns without an RMA Number on the box; we will provide you with an RMA number when we discuss your return. We do not reimburse any fees you may have incurred from testing, diagnosing, or shipping items. Buyer has a 3 day inspection period from time of receipt to check unit. After the 3 day inspection period, only manufacturer's warranty applies, if applicable.

Refunds or exchanges on special order items are handled on a "Case by Case" basis. Most special order items can not be returned to the manufacturer. If a special order item is found to be DOA or damaged in shipping, please call us to resolve the issue. Some special order items may be returned. Returns on special order items will be at the sole discression of GEARbroker.com, and will be subject to a 10% - 25% restocking fee.

If what you receive is not as we stated, we will refund or replace, at our discretion.

Please check the item description carefully; we do not grant refunds or returns on items bought by mistake.

Warranty:


Equipment is guaranteed to be in the condition stated in the auction description. You have 3 days after the receipt of goods to inform us of any issues. No refunds will be given after 3 days.

Pictures of the actual item have been added to help show the condition of the item. GEARbroker is not responsible for incidental costs, damages, or loss as a result of packages being lost, late or in an unexpected condition. We recommend that you personally inspect all items prior to committing them to a project. Failure to do so is at your own risk

Shipping:


All of the itmes listed on this site are priced without shipping and handling included. Please contact us for exact sipping quotes. No item will be shipped until full payment is made, including shipping. In-Stock items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has cleared. Items will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service with tracking information emailed to the buyer after the item has shipped.
